Hello! My name is Chelsea, founder of Bronzed Bella. Conveniently located on West Main Street in the downtown Public Square in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I am a 3x Masters Certified Sunless Artist who has been in the sunless industry since 2008. Using only the highest quality DHA, I offer a few different luxury, all-natural solutions that are safe for sensitive skin. I customize the solution to match your skin tone to ensure your tan looks 100% natural on you. Drying powder is applied after each spray tan to help eliminate that post tan sticky feeling. I have such a passion and fulfillment for the sunless industry and for all of my clients. Avaliable by appointment only, 6 days a week. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Rescheduling:
I realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I simply request that you inform me at least 12 hours in advance. Less than 12 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved service price. If the booking was made for the same day, I require at least 3 hours notice. "No shows" will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
Lateness:
Please call ahead to let me know if you will be late. Be aware that the time reserved is specific to your service. I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals, however, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late and I have clients booked after you, I will have to reschedule your appointment which will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved service price.
Refunds:
I do not offer refunds of any kind.
Credit Card Required:
All appointments require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. You will not be charged at time of scheduling.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to be able to inform standby clients of any availability, keep my schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of my future clients.
